Location was a great Bed was comfortable All the necessities in the kitchen Water pressure really good in the shower Pool was good

The chalet was very basic and tired. Dog hair all over the carpet. Not enough room to put up a cot bed Damp fousty smell in the double bedroom No towels on arrival I think it would have been better had we booked through away resorts directly as we would have had a better idea of what to expect from the accommodation.

The area is nice

Our cabin had various repairs needed, that was not completed prior to being given the key to the cabin. We reported these to the site manager; who said that he would arrange for someone to fix the repairs . However, this did not happen despite asking twice. We sent a letter of complaint to you though never received a response regarding the complaint. We will now be escalating the complaint with senior management.

Really enjoyed the lodge - nice an peaceful location.

We reported the curtain rail coming down on the Thursday and had not been fixed by the time we left on Sunday.
