- Spacious - Well equipped

- Lots of ants - Counters weren’t clean - Uncomfortable bed - The two lodges we requested were not together. - Front door in lodge 83 did not lock from the inside.

- dirty socks down the radiator which wasnt ours - dirty rooms and dirty kitchen table - blinds in kitchen broken when we arrived, spoke to staff but no one said anything to us or even got it fixed id like a partial refund

The place needs a little bit of TLC Patio doors difficult to open/close WiFi password needs to be more specific

We stayed in Esme for my daughter’s birthday and the fancy decor and neon lights made it a very special stay. The bedrooms were comfy and the location was great. We did a fantastic nature walk in the woods to a great big lake which you can catch little fish if you bring a net. Walking the alpaccas on site was a great experience for kids. Children loved the entertainment in the evening 5ish-6.30/7ish

No dining table to eat at in the property (a folding one could be provided where you could eat on the sofa at the table) as the property has cooking facilities it didn’t make sense to not have a table as you get this with a basic caravan. Hairdryer didn’t work in property. We moved the two single beds together for our children to prevent them falling out of bed (age 3 and 4) and it was quite dusty underneath. We spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with sandy balls to book activities that wouldn’t let us on the app, when finally getting through 3 days before they said just book when you arrive, and when we arrived everything was booked so our children couldn’t do the landrovers experience. The leisure center in general was quite disorganised, the pool was closed temporarily and it was our last day with nothing else to do, it seemed short staffed for the activities, some had to be cancelled etc. On a busy bank holiday this could be improved.

Loved our cosy cabin. The soft play was perfect for our 2 year old. The swimming pool was excellent and nice and warm. The site was peaceful and everyone was friendly.

I requested a bed rail for toddler, it was not in cabin on arrival. Spoke to reception who said they would get it sent over, didn't turn up, so had to call out of hours. This was very inconvenient as toddler needed to go to bed. We went to the inn for dinner and everything we wanted was not available. Things had run out and this was quite early. Unable to secure lockers in swimming changing room. A dust pan and brush in cabin would be very helpful.

Bed, te klein en er waren planken stuk, gemeld bij receptie , gaven aan het aan eigenaar door te geven maar er is niemand naar komen kijken helaas

Looks dated and could do with a lick of paint/stain And when we arrived at lodge there was a used bbq pack on bbq full of cigarette butts

Caravan inside was clean and tidy, nice location

Wifi was bad no connection only 1 resturant open decking was filthy ,net curtains on door scruffy at top not connected properly...just need to pay more attention to 1st impression reason i say that is im a proffesional cleaner and handyman so i look at things others dont...2nd night we was there about 8.15pm saw someone at the door trying to get in, so i got up and opened it to find a guy who works there he was told no one was in our caravan and to turn lights of...also it stated it was a luxury caravan but to us was basic nothing luxury about it ,couldnt sit on chairs outside due to the state of them dirty mud etc parking was a nightmare trying to get car out parking bays not big enough...
