good communication from host. Clean sheets and bathroom.

As others have mentioned, furnishings are a bit worn. Needs a bit more dusting to get rid of cobwebs. Although, a few dishes were provided, they were left improperly cleaned by last occupant. Fortunately, we had our own dish soap, sponge, and dish towel. There needs to be more cutlery as well - only one metal teaspoon, some plastic spoons and a butter knife were available. (to be fair, we didn't ask the host for more and just made do with what there was.)

Beau quartier tranquille, petit frigo dans la chambre et salle de bain attenante.

Maison un peu négligée. Je crois qu'il y a deux chambres à louer, une moderne et l'autre désuète. Nous croyions avoir loué la chambre moderne mais avons eu la désuète alors étions déçus. L'Hôte n'était pas à l'écoute de ses clients.

This is in a quiet little residential neighborhood. There was free parking on the street. Easy access via a passcode sent to me by email. I never even spoke with the a person which was great. At first when I came into the house there was a bunch of voices, they were from the people who lived in the house upstairs. We could hear music when we were in the bathroom of our room, but it didn't play too late. The room is located downstairs, there are two of them down there and a little gym and sitting area. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The bathroom was well equipped and quite nice. The area is equipped with some motion sensor lights which turned on during the night if we moved too much. There is a door to the bed room that you could use that would alleviate that. However, the light is incredibly right when you go to use the washroom at night.

I could have used another towel (2 towels and 3 face cloths) were given. I need a towel for my hair and body, my partner needed a towel and we also used them to dry hands after using the washroom. Minor issue.

It had everything I needed for my stay. Comfortable bed, private bathroom, desk and chair, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.

There is no private entrance so getting to and from the room required going through the private resident’s front door. The room could have been cleaner and the A/C did not seem to get into the bedroom.
