"Excellent room and value in a safe residential area not far from the main Kingston street, Princess"

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a HOTEL QUALITY ROOM in the 'basement' of this modest residential home. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, huge large screen high def TV, excellent adjacent bathroom, connecting small hall had coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Excellent facility and value. Met the owners, who live in the home - very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom was a bit cool, no obvious thermostat BUT I did not ask about this for just one night.

Lots of space in the bedroom and bathroom. The host was very kind, helpful and accommodating.

Clearer instructions for entry upon arrival (step by step would be helpful!) Awoke to some walking in the middle of the night or early hours of the morning
