Not much, but just the location of was good, host did greet well….

Many things… Like Smell was not good, furniture was very bad, fridge was in living room and very noisy that haunted us in night after every 30-40 minutes, Kitchen was very small with small induction, No Iron, hair dryer was with full of dust, outside grass was overgrown, a tree was cut and woods were lying on the dack, entry of this home was very bad and not at all cleaned, chimney was not working and it was very cold … TV was very small, sofa couch was very old and bad and bumped down…. Cleanliness was not so good

There was a gas fireplace on when we came in during the evening which was so welcoming. There was plenty of room for my girls and I.

There was no coffee maker. I was aware of this prior to my stay so I did bring one.

The location is ease for me.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to work out. The unit might need an upgrade or update from current conditions , it is not in good shape. One mattress is broken. I would not recommend for other travellers and would rather stay in hotel for similar price.

Convenient location and beds were comfortable

The level of noise that comes from upstairs was ridiculous. We were kept awake until 12.40am from people stomping around upstairs then in the morning people were dragging dining chairs and furniture around from 7am.

1. Location near 201 Hwy exit, good if you driving.. 2. Budgetary property. 3. Walkout basement, has a backyard garden, and a rabbit living there. 4. New Washing Machine and Dryer. 5. Overall cleanly and comfortable.

1. Dark-no-light & un-even sidewalk to the backyard door. Had to have a flashlight and lifted all our luggage to walk through at nights. 2. Most facilities are old and aged but basically clean and functionable. 3. No coffee machine as mentioned on webpage. No Stove and Oven but had a compact Induction Stove. 4. In Main bedroom, the ceiling light was too faint, and the main bed's mattress sagged a little. (though still comfortable). 5. Dinning wares not so clean The MOST problem was the "NOISE"...; I wish I brought my ear-plugs with me. The property is a basement (though it's walkout at backyard)... the upstairs lives with the host family and the floor is hardwood... We can hear frequent footsteps walking or running and very loud sound seemed from moving chairs (or table?)... And it was as late as midnight at night and as early as 6:30 in the morning. We had been scared waking up several times at the late nights and the early morning... After 4 nights (we stayed 7 nights), we finally reflected to the host asking them if can reduce the noise between 11pm and 8am.. The host came down to apology politely, and the situation improved huge for the rest nights... (However, at the last night I was scared waking up from sleep by a sudden loud sound after 11pm ...) If there was no such noise issue, I would give them 8 star...
