Location was excellent

We are old enough to recall when motels etc looked like this property, nothing has been done to the place since the 60's

It was better than expected. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Great location, good view. Easy access due to clear instructions given on day of arrival. Older property but all facilities very, very good. Well equipped kitchen. Big space. Bonus free laundry and outdoor washing line to dry clothes. Dryer available as well.

The car park in front of the unit blocked the view. I could have parked on the road.

It’s a beautiful apartment we all well rested during our stay with family. I like the property location walking distance to the beach.

2 nights before we left we can hear loud stumping from room above us the wake us up.

Dust inside wardrobe

Great location, comfy bed, good hot water, well provided for in the kitchen (kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc). Overall, a good, cheap, clean, well located stay.

It was a hot day, the blinds were open, the main room was uncomfortably hot; no air-conditioning, the fan barely made a difference, was quite wobbly as it spun. Noisy neighbours: 2 guys next door who were outside having loud conversation, and their constant hawking pre loud spitting (made me feel ill); upstairs people thumping around like elephants, loud phone conversations on speaker with windows open - I could almost hear every word. The following night children bashing around, thumping up and down the outside spiral stair. I was tired, needing rest, sleep - my fault, didn't get earplugs, but I shouldn't have to. The unit has had it's day - acknowledge the new carpet - it seriously needs gutting and modernising. There was no coffee, tea, milk, soap/shampoo for shower - thankfully I had my own. No sink plug for the bathroom sink.

Very dated, needs a makeover. Parking should be at back of unit instead of in front as this blocks your view.

Prime location

Mould in the bathroom, tiles falling off, cobwebs, incessant floor noise thru the ceiling from 3 kids running around in the unit above.
