Close to lake, ocean, restaurants and cafes

The spiral staircase which was not mentioned at booking stay. Lucky we were active 70’s year old who could get to top floor.

Beautifully located.

The whole block is for sale atm. It is old. It is one of those places from a bygone era but very clean and all you need.

"Good location, light bright apartment that is quite tired and needs a renovation"

Clean, bright, great location

NO WIFI ( advertised with wifi) was annoying The main bed was a wobbly bed which meant that you felt your partner turn over. Back wire door could not be locked, holes in the fly wire and some windows didn’t have fly wire. The apartment is up for sale and is quite tired which was reflected in the cheaper price.
