Location Comfortable bed Reasonably quiet

Just something to look at. Clean the windows and around the exhaust fan, and some minor maintenance would be good. Really needs updating. It’s a long time from the 1960’s to now.

Proximity to town and beach. The boardwalk and coffee van - just the right distance for a morning stroll. The peaceful environment. Whilst the unit was dated it was extremely comfy and had everything we needed

Nothing really - the pelican that shat on the car (what a mess ) was a bit of a last morning challenge, but what can you do except laugh !
