Something we liked during our stay was that our balcony overlooked a lush rainforest with a pleasant sound of running water.

I first sent a message on the 29th October 2023 regarding my reservation for the 9th January 2024. I then sent three more messages trying to confirm our confirmation and no reply. If you enjoy the idea of travelling 3.5h on a bus from Medellin to Jardin, not having any reply or confirmation to your messages and then wandering up and down a street looking for your accommodation (as there was no sign outside indicating where it is), asking numerous locals to help you, and that is your idea of fun - then go ahead and book here. This was the most disorganised booking I have ever made on Booking.com. No confirmation till late in the morning , however by that stage we were already on our way and we were unable to read their message informing me that I had to go to another hostel in town to collect the keys for our room. I expect that a business would confirm at least 24 hours prior to the arrival of guests, especially after I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them. The photos are also very misleading because the building that they show is actually the hostel in town where you collect the keys. This building, where we slept, is out of town and completely unmarked. The key to the front door snapped in two the first time we used it and we had to go all the way back into town to get our front door key replaced as there was no available reception where we were staying. I phoned them several times as well and no answer! The icing on the cake was when we came home in the evening and could not even enter our room because it was so unbelievably difficult to unlock our bedroom door (the lock was clearly faulty). This meant that we had to make ANOTHER trip back to the main hostel at nightime. The gentleman there did try to help and eventually managed to open our bedroom door. The window in the bedroom also does not lock, which made us feel a little unsafe at night. The presence of two smashed holes in the wall was not very welcoming either. Not impressed...

Wicked little cabin just on the edge of the pueblo, still really close to the main square but with an amazing view. Very peaceful and comfortable place to spend a few days

The location is nicely located just close by the city centre. It is a very quiet area and you have a terrace that shows the park of Jardin. It is so peaceful and beautiful

Not much. We were happy that it wasn’t too crowed as there is « only » two bathrooms (with toilettes inside) but nothing major

Great value for money. Perfect location. Amazing balcony view. Good facilities for cooking!
