"The perfect place to stay!!"

What a gem of a place! We loved every minute of our stay at Anchorage B&B, and in Cockenzie. It was perfect for our needs. We had such a warm welcome, and our room was gorgeous. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom :-) And the breakfast the next morning was amazing! Highly recommend!

It is lovely setting easy access to Edinburgh. Owners are fantastic, making you feel really welcome. The room was brilliant, really clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice.

"Comfortable, relaxing food was lovely, plenty on offer"

Room was warm, bed was lovely, liked the little touches ie, shampoo, body wash, hand sanitizer all supplied along with lovely soft towels. The owner herself was very very welcoming.

"Great place to stay near Edinburgh"

Gina our host was extremely welcoming and cooked superb scottish breakfasts each day. She also told us the best option to travel into Edinburgh, a 15 min train ride from Prestonpans . Anchorage B&B offers great value for money particularly when compared with the very inflated accomodation costs in central Edinburgh.
