Anchorage B&B

Well located with easy parking outside. Very helpful and friendly owner who cooked an excellent breakfast. The room was very comfortable if a little on the small side.

The thermostat on the shower was faulty providing very little control on the water temperature.

It was easy to find, a good noticeable signpost outside. Inside was immaculate couldn’t fault it.

For my stay I couldn’t say I didn’t like anything.

Great breakfast, vegetarian option not a problem. Beautiful location near the harbour and easy drive for us to get to Edinburgh.

The guest house was very clean and comfortable and nicely presented. The location was quiet and pleasant with easy access to public transport. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely owner. Gina was so friendly and provided us with a hearty breakfast each morning as well as helpful tourist advice and information.

Dear Gina, thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay in our room with own Bath and „tea-& coffee-Equipment“ in your Anchorage B &B with free Wifi. We found all Equipment in there to feel always very well. Gina is a Great Hosts - breakfast was very well prepared and we could choose different very delicious Breakfastmeals. Using a train from the next viallage we arrived after 15 Minutes in Edingburgh Weyverly Station. In Addition there are bus-transfers to Edingburgh in about 1 hour driving time, bit the bus-station is 500 m from Anchorage B & B, so its psiible to take both ways to visit Edingburgh. Directly in front of Anchorage B & B there is the sea and the harbour Port Senton - a really lovely place! The view over the sea is beautiful. We had a Parking Place directly in Front of the house for our car.

Beautiful, cosy rooms, lovely quiet location. Wonderful host, really lovely friendly atmosphere among guests as well. And the cooked breakfasts were a highlight too.

Great location for the beach. The room was beautiful and so very comfortable and Gina is a beautiful host. I loved my time there.

Breakfast was fantasitic, room clean and you will find there whatever you need, for example hair dryier, cosmetics etc. Near hotel area you have bus stop which directly goes to the Endyburgh center (it takes around 50 minutes to get there but you will have breathtaking view). The owner Mrs Gina is so so nice and great person, she takes care about everything. We for sure, will go back there.
