"Quaint B&B with superb host"

Great location and Gina was an amazing host. She gave plenty of recommendations for the local area and the name of taxi firm. Breakfast was delicious. Would 100% go back if I was in the area.

Breakfast was very good plenty of choice. The location was great next to the harbour of port Seton and on the banks of the Firth of Forth.We could park right outside all in all very good.

Great location for two tired golfers. Gina was very friendly and helpful hostess, room was comfy and clean and breakfast just perfect. Special thanks for the surprise in the bathroom: underfloor heating!

Beautiful location overlooking harbour. Great, friendly owner and a lovely cooked breakfast. Will definitely try and stay here when in the area

Not great water pressure from showers but a very minor issue

Really handy location with plenty of on street parking next to property. Friendly and warm welcome. Very clean and comfortable acccomodation. Breakfast was excellent no fuss and couldn't do enough for us, even put breakfast time back to adjust for clocks going forward. Will definitely book again.

The b&b was very pleasant and right on the water. There is a pub a very short distance down the road. The breakfast that was included was exceptional.
