Very good location and owners were very friendly

Very difficult to get a Grab as location does not show up on app. Also be aware the direct walking route to Malioboro street is closed at 8p and it was very difficult to get alternative walking route on Google maps

We initially stayed with Mr. Udi’s family for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. They are very friendly, helpful, and amicable people. When we couldn’t extend our stay due to full booking, they even helped us find another hotel. From helping us rent bikes and answering all our queries to inviting us to a Christmas party at the local church, they were truly wonderful hosts. The location is also great and easily accessible if you have a motorbike, and Malioboro Street is nearby. Special note, The garden is truly a treat for the eyes. I would definitely recommend this place to budget travelers looking for simple and suitable accommodation in Jogja. Truly happy that we met this family. 🌿

Being a basic property, some minor maintenance and improved ventilation would help, but our experience overall was still very positive.
