Rumah Pathuk Syariah Homestay

・1泊2千円弱で安い。 ・ローカル感あふれる宿。しかしながら清潔感は十分あると思う。 ・ホストは親切。ウォーターサーバーの水も飲んで良いよとのことでした。また過渡な干渉がないのも良い。 ・Wifi、コンセント、エアコン、トイレットペーパーちゃんと流れるトイレあり。シャンプーや歯ブラシはあるが、バスタオルは持参必要。なくても頼んだら貸してくれそうな雰囲気はあります。 ・ジョグジャカルタ駅から徒歩圏内 ・ホテルはせまい路地にある。近隣住民からどこにいくの？ホテル？？名前は？などと声をかけられるレベルのローカル感。 ・家族経営なので到着時間は連絡しておくのが良いと思われる。グーグルマップあれど入口は分かりにくい。通りを歩く外国人は全員宿泊者なので、家族の誰かが声をかけてくれて案内してくれるスタイルです。パスポートも名前の確認もなく、2泊？という確認のみでした。

・シャワーは水のみ。 ・夜ご飯の時間帯、部屋の前で談笑をしてるのが人によっては気になるかも。21:20頃に部屋に戻ったらそれがきっかけ？でお開きになったっぽくてごめんねって感じになった。 ・写真はありのままで偽りはないのだが、部屋のせまい雰囲気が巧妙に隠されてる気がする。 ・現地の家族経営の宿ということに問題がなければ、最高のホテルだと思います。宿の前の通りは朝市があり、普通のホテルと違う経験ができると思います。

location was awesome wifi, AC worked well owner was nice we could leave our baggage there after check out and picked them up later room was clean price was great!! cute sitting outside

bathroom was tiny there was no heater for the water - water was cool (not icy, but cool) low water pressure

Exceptionally quiet and centrally located, the Malioboro Street can easily be explored on foot. The room and toilet are very basic but have everything you need. The outdoor seating area is perfect, with a market and breakfast options right at the doorstep. Very good value for money& the owners are very friendly and helpful! We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it!

The location is good. The people running the place are friendly. It's a good value. Quiet.

The shower has no pressure, so you'll be taking a cold shower with a bucket.
