Very nicely presented with a nice outdoor space.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but sadly, a number of issues significantly impacted our experience. From the start, things didn’t run smoothly. The coffee machine wasn’t working, the air conditioning didn’t function as expected, and the kitchen setup was limited. The induction hob in the apartment didn’t work at all—which made preparing a simple dinner for our child unnecessarily difficult. As a last-minute solution, the hosts kindly brought us a single portable hob and replaced the coffee machine. However, the communication that followed was deeply disappointing. We were accused multiple times of “clumsy handling”—including the coffee machine (which didn’t function) and the induction hob, which even the owner couldn’t get to work when they tried it themselves. It was very much an ‘entirely our fault’ approach, and we did not feel like valued guests at all. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience and impact these issues had on our stay, we were met with a defensive and, frankly, offensive attitude. We felt very let down by Martina’s tone—there was no sense of hospitality, just blame towards us and excuses. As guests, we didn’t come here to be made to feel at fault for things that clearly weren’t working from the start. Even on leaving, we received a very passive aggressive message saying the induction hob was fine (despite the fact the hosts tested it themselves when we reported it l, they also found it wasn’t functioning). On a positive note, the pool was lovely and we appreciated being able to check in early. But overall, the experience lacked care, warmth, and basic readiness. We’re a respectful family who travels often —but this stay left us feeling disappointed and even though the apartment was comfortable, we unfortunately wouldn’t return or recommend due to the communication from the hosts.

Lovely spacious apartment. We were upgraded due to some maintenance work that was being carried out which was a lovely surprise. Pool and gardens were lovely, amazing figs too! Good location with a short walk to some nice restaurants and the sea. Would advise having a car though to explore the wider area.

The apartments was beautiful and clean. We had great view on the sea. The host was super nice, she also change the check in time for us! The pool was being cleaned every night.

The location is far from the Zadar when you dont have car, we had to use bolt or bicycles. There is not bigger shops or besches near the apartment.

We spent there 8 nights with two kids (4 and 8). It is a great quiet place with a garden, playground and swimming pool. Nice apartment, well equipped (kitchen, TV, air-conditioning, fridge, microwave, big parking space ...). Very nice and helpful owner. It's a good starting point for visiting other places around Zadar.

The property was very clean, it had three bathrooms, three bedrooms, air conditioning in the living space, a beautiful view from the appartment. As our flight arrived in early we asked for early check-in, our host accomodated this. The property is located close to a small village with prominade beaches. There was a bus in the village going in and out of Zadar. The Uber transport was very efficient, i would recommend this to and for the airport also. The transfer from the Airport was pleasant only about 20 minutes.

There was no cleaning of the appartment or changing of sheets midweek. The towels were only changed once during our stay. We did have use of a washing machine.

1. only 2 toilet rolls for 2 people and 5 days… 2. awful, scam taxi service (charged €70 for a €20 uber trip from the airport) 3. staff were miserable and rude 4. staff welcomed other guests warmly with a guided tour, lots of info and plenty of drinking water but we were just given some keys.
