Location is great near Zadar and the port for island visits. Lovely little pool too. Good customer service.

Poor ventilation in bathrooms so always uncomfortable using them (bad smells, and uncomfortably moist). No waterproofs on things like pillows and mattresses so unhygienic. Also, no dishwasher. Finally, the pull out beds are uncomfortable.

It was not as peaceful as listed due to the amount of guests with young children having only 6 lounges around the pool for 30+guests was not acceptable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well looked after. However, the 1 metre distance around the pool was very dangerous and almost impossible to walk around safely with two lounges under the shower. This needs addressing asap for safety and made bigger. Sofa leather bed extremely uncomfortable and the bedroom mattress needs replacing.

Nice flat, nice location

Great quiet semi-rural location right on the edge of zadar. Nice little beach in Diklo a short walk(beach in croatia is generally pebbly and rocky there is no sand here and lounging is generally on paved area along the seafront). We had a car but to avoid dealing with traffic and parking there is an hourly bus service from diklo right to zadar centre for 1.70pp that runs until 23:20 so plenty of choice for evenings out.

The pool was lovely with comfortable loungers but there is very little space around the pool for loungers - it would be perfect if just extend the paved area. We didn't have any umbrella / shade on our balcony which was a shame because the view is beautiful but too hot to enjoy it in the midday. We dud enjoy the beautiful sunset view though.

No shops near the place and only one restaurant

Really nice clean apartment, working AC, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen. The pool was kept clean, and the location was very close to the beach.

Wall are very thin, so if you have noisy neighbours (which was the case during my stay) you will hear a lot of noise; also you could hear the bathroom pump of the next door apartment at random times. Location is great for beach, but there are no shops nearby nor is there any way of reaching the property without a car or by taxi, so keep that in mind.
