Location is perfect for the ovo hydro

It wasn’t clean, sofa beds need replacing.

The location was good. It was central between the performing arts area and the downtown and sits along the Clyde River.

The apartment has many things that are in need of repair or replacement. The pull out sofas are poor with the inner supports for the mattresses zip tied together, causing horrible sagging. The plumbing creates loud noise when the water is turned on. The hose for the shower in one bathroom is broken and leaks badly, causing very low shower head pressure, and I nearly fell when the kitchen vinyl flooring shifted about nine inches forward when I stepped on it. I think it would be a great rental, if properly repaired, but as it is, in reality, it only sleeps four people.

We were 6 adults , it was spacious, parking available for free, host was lovely and even met us on arrival to show us to the apartment , provided some fresh juice, tea coffee etc , comfy beds and plenty bedding and towels. Walking distance to the OVO and into town , host even offered us to stay an hour after check out FOC
