Great view. Great location for the SEC. Had everything in the apartment we needed. Communication with owner good. Parking space was a bonus.

Sofa beds could do with replacing

Dirty. We had to clean the two toilets and vacuum all the floors. Furniture looked dirty. Linen and towels were clean. When we turned on the taps there was a loud noise- the neighbour upstairs came down to complain and tried to help us fix the noise. The poor neighbour had complained to the property owner and the ongoing issue still hasn’t been resolved. Communication with the property owner was poor. Check in was 3 pm, but the property owner didn’t give us info to access the property until 5:30 pm, though we attempted to contact numerous times and numerous ways. We told them about the poor cleaning and they offered to send the cleaning person back but at that point we didn’t really trust that the cleaning would be done in a timely or reasonable manner. It is very misleading to use the word luxury in the description.

The location was perfect.

Some of the facilities were broken e.g. the shower was leaking.

The location of this apartment is second to none £4 in an Uber to town centre and beautiful view out of the lounge window. There was fresh milk, fresh orange and a big bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which was lovely touch, very well equipped you could easily stay here a few days and have everything you need to cook meals, beds were comfortable and clean also fresh towels, very spacious, fans in the bedrooms which was a godsend as it was roasting in Glasgow this weekend, would I stay here again? Yes I would as the location was perfect

Think the cleaner must have had an off day but the landlord was very helpful, had an issue with the shower but again landlord was there in 20 minutes, bit of a maze from the car park to apartment but once you're there you kinda remember what way you're going

The location was spot on and the shop on the ground floor had everything you needed for a short stay. The appointment was very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for a short family stay as there's plenty of space we ordered pizza to the apartment and bought a few drinks from the shop on the ground floor and played games on the big dining table it saved £££s compared to going to a restaurant and the kids loved it. Far better than a cramped premier inn or similar and cost the same as it would have done for 6 people

It is in need of a little TLC and a bit more detail in the cleaning could be better

Great location for the event we were attending, large apartment with plenty of space for our group. Easy to access. Nice view over the river.

Some areas beginning to look a bit tired but just cosmetics really.

The apartment is a bit sparsely decorated.

Location 15mins walk from central station and on the river. Comfortable bed. Great to have milk, water and fresh juice in the fridge.

Noisy taps when you ran hot water, suffering from a bit of wear and tear.

The property was in a great location, very close to hydro and easy to get into the town. The building and river views were lovely. The bedrooms are comfortable, one of which has an en-suite and the living area accommodates the larger groups nicely. Free parking was incredibly helpful.

The property was not cleaned to a very high standard. The bedding / towels etc were all very clean but the bathrooms could have done with a little more attention. The sofa beds are broken and very uncomfortable and I would not recommend booking this for a large enough group that these would need to be used until these are replaced.
