"Great location but Disappointing cleanliness"

Location

It wasn’t clean, someone had shaved & left lots of hair in the en suite, the main bathroom floor was filthy. Went to take a glass from cupboard & it was stuck so left it as not clean either, messaged the host but no reply. We were staying 1 night after a concert so made do but would definitely not stay here again

"Not worth for the money paid"

Close to city Center

Water systems had some issue as soon as any tap you can hear weird noise coming from flat , sofa beds were broken from middle , carpet was filthy . They charge £50 for cleaning fee but when we got it was not clean , hairs on toilet floor , dirty roster etc I got videos which I cannot post here in which you can listen loud noise relating to water . I did notify the managing person about the issue ,he told us it will be checked but never happened.

"Superb"

Had concert at OVO, so this property was the perfect spot, easily walkable to and from. Fully appointed kitchen, dbl room with en suite, twin room and other beds pull outs in lounge. Very quiet.

"Otherwise, everything is fine."

The apartment had everything you needed, the kitchen was superbly equipped.

Maybe a little better clean the bathroom, rooms and living room.
