Glasgow Central Riverview Luxury Apartment (Sleeps upto 8)

Great location for the hydro if going to a concert

Car parking space. Location was central.

It was dirty & grubby. Nothing luxury about it. Shower was dirty & had hairs in it. Sink area also dirty with hairs around it. Furniture was grubby. Carpet ripped and dirty. Kitchen floor was a trip hazard with missing laminate. Broken bin with no lid so rubbish would be uncovered. Electrical socket not attached to bedroom wall. Not suitable to stay in with young family & far from Luxury. We arrived late at night & immediately looked for alternative accommodation. We left very early in the morning & didn’t stay for our second night. Emailed the owner who was abrupt, had a complete lack of care and refused any refund. Said they would have sorted the issues if I’d had called on arrival. As I explained, it was late & we had a young child to settle & alternative arrangements to make. Accused us of wanting a free stay. We wouldn’t stay here if they paid us!!

The property offered garage parking which was very helpful.

Property was run down and in need of cleaning, some paint, and a dehumidifier because it smelled. Bedrooms were clean enough but linens smelled like bleach and the pillows were all very old and matted down. Both pullout sofas,which claimed to sleep four, had broken springs rigged with busted zip ties, dirty stained mattresses, and the sofas themselves

Lovely space, nice touches like tea and coffee were very welcoming

Great location and lovely, spacious apartment. Well appointed.

The lock box for the keys attached to the railings, just very dirty but there were about a dozen different lock boxes so obviously it's the done thing.
