"Avoid this property for stay"

It is located near to police bazar, which is the main market of shillong.

They very small, untidy and uneven room size. And they have too many hidden charges. I have oder food from their restaurant and they have even charged delivery charges. Picture shown in the website are totally different from what they offer.

"Property was good but it lacked hospitality of male staff."

Location was ideal for our stay. Room was small but it was cozy with modern interior and beautiful bathroom.

Room did not had a mirror The staff were not courteous except a lady in the reception. The staff were very noisy throughout the stay whether it was early morning and late night. They were playing music and high pitched chitchat. Since it was raining heavily we asked for an umbrella even though they had one but did gave us. It was really disappointing. I have attached an image for reference.
