Great place to stay. Police bazar is at a walkable distance and so are Lady Hydari Park and Wards Lake. The staff are courteous and professional and are always willing to help. There are some good eateries within 50 meters from the hotel. The room rates may hurt your pocket a bit but we should understand that business in hill station is seasonal, which lasts for just 3 - 4 months, so be considerate. The room rates are more or less the same across Shillong city. Would definitely recommend this place to people visiting Shillong. The property provided all that I needed. Free 24*7 Wifi, Hot water, Toiletries. The hotel does not have an in-house kitchen but you can order lunch and dinner from Shillong Club that is served in your room.

There was nothing that I didn't like in the property. Nice room, nice bed. Cleanliness met my expectations. Friendly staff. It's a hotel, not my home so what else should I expect.

Unclean. The water heater and electric switch are risky and not working. Charging ports are faulty and unusual. Staff were drunk and not responsive even though toilet tissue was unavailable. after asking so many times they gave us used wet and dirty tissues.

No kitchen, no proper supply of water in bathroom. Worst room service. Hospitality was almost nil. Small room have no space.
