Shillong is a very pretty city😍

The behaviour of the hotel staff was awful.

Room was not clean. Service team was not responsive. very small room.

little bigger room. Responsive team.

Nothing. Not even breakfast was served.

No breakfast was served. Difficult to enter toilet as the wash basin was right at the door. Too small toilet room. The beds were dusty but bedsheets were clean. No mirror or table. The dustbin was too small. The outside verandah was littered with cigar buts and cans. Hammering noise so loud couldn't sleep at night. Disturbing.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Excellent property and very comfortable. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

No Amenities, the room was very small, the toilet seat was broken, the tea kettle was dirty, they rs. 100/- extra for the delivery of food.

Only clean.

Too compact rooms. Not as shown in pics. No breakfast. No timing open before 8 am as like living in jail. No staff to get in contact.
