"Not a 9+ rated property"

This property is in a lovely location but unfortunately the room had not been cleaned and there was a considerable amount of dust in the room. Also be aware that a cooked breakfast is extra and this was not detailed when we booked. To add to this we had to pay a surcharge on top as we didn't have cash, only card to pay for the hot breakfast which had no dedicated dining room. We had it in our room. In our opinion this is not a 9+ rated property? The breakfast was very good however..

The room, the fact we had to pay extra for a hot breakfast and we had to have it in our room.

"An amazing experience in an amazing location."

Enjoyed being on a farm and to the proximity of the sheep and cows. Beautiful view from our room of the sheep in the fields. We enjoyed sitting in the front garden in the shade of a big tree surrounded by beautiful roses. It was the hottest week in May. Elizabeth the owner was very friendly and informative and told us wonderful stories of herself growing up in the area. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and it was laid out very nicely on the landing by our bedroom. We wish we could have stayed longer.

"Quintessential Cotswold experience."

Host was wonderful and very accommodating. Every morning, she makes a delightful breakfast that is more than sufficient and delicious!There are four bedrooms, located upstairs around a square area that she sets up a table and a nice spread on it. You pick up what you want to eat and take it to your room. We had a table right in front of a window with a view of a field and sheep. I loved listening to the lovebirds in the morning singing. This was my favorite place to stay in the two weeks I was in England.
