Eagle View villa

The best accommodation we stayed at in our entire trip to sri lanka. We got the top floor room with air con. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. the view was amazing and we saw an eagle fly past our room in the morning. The staff were very nice and friendly. Everything was great about this villa. the only issue we had was that there weren’t much restaurants or stores to buy food/snacks. One of the hosts did take us to a nearby restaurant but I would recommend to bring some snacks with you and enjoy them with a nice tea in the evening.

We stayed in the department for one night, the rooms are clean and large. Villa with a beautiful view. There is hot water. In the morning we were made a wonderful breakfast with fruit, omelet and local breakfasts. It was very tasty.

This property was just AMAZING. I absolutely loved the room and bathroom, it had a beautiful modern aesthetic which was very clean. The views were just incredible and the staff Nadeeka and Udaraka working there were so helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Absolutely loved my stay here and would 100% recommend this accomodation.

Rooms are spacious and lovely .. that view ❤️ Breakfast was delicious . Staff are helpful and kind - sorted us out a tuk tuk driver to do Ella highlights in a day . Was amazing.

It’s a bit further out of Ella than I was expecting - a good 25 minute drive but managed to have a tuk tuk driver for most of the day then used pick me to get a car back later and then to the station the following day - so all good. Not sure I would have liked to have stayed in Ella !

My friend and I arrived late, being two female travelers we felt a bit weary arriving at a hotel that we felt was in the middle of nowhere. It is too far from town, you definitely need your own transportation and there was no where close by to eat dinner. We had to catch a train early the next morning so we didn't get to see sunrise but I'm sure the views were spectacular (as they are most places in Ella!)

A female working there would have put us a little more at ease. Instead it was a bunch of young men that didn't speak much English.

This lovely hotel, perched on a hill, has stunning views. The rooms are super comfortable, equipped with mosquito nets to ensure a safe and undisturbed night's sleep. Although the room lacks air conditioning, it has several fans to keep you cool. The staff is extremely friendly and helful. To top it all off, the breakfast is absolutely amazing, offering a great start to your day.

One drawback of this hotel is its location, which is 30 minutes out of town. This means there aren't many nearby cafes or restaurants, and you'll need your own transport to get around.

Everything was perfect about our stay! The rooms very huge, clean, bright, they had everything you needed (AC, fan, net, mini fridge) the bathroom was also very nice and clean and the view was amazing!! We also loved the location, its around 30 min on scooter (the owner helped us with renting a scooter) to Ella, which we did not mind as we hate loud and touristic places like Ella. This place was thus perfect for us to relax and unwind and hide from all the tourism and commercialization. The breakfast were perfect, so so delicious and fresh!! And the owner and the boys were all very kind, helpful and nice. They even made us dinner one day and booked a tuktuk for us on last day as we needed to catch early train to Kandy. Overall it was perfect stay and I would recommend it to everyone!
