Eminence ella

Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Nice location, conveniently located and good value. Helped us organises tuk tuks etc.

Room was quite damp with mould in places. Some things were broken e.g. toilet seat and flush. Was slightly disappointed based on the positive reviews - it just felt like it has not really been updated since it was originally built and now needs a good clean / update.

The accommodation was quiet and comfortable .The staff were helpful . We stayed 2 nights and had the most wonderful breakfasts . Thankyou

Aku was so friendly and helpful and Amare was so polite and considerate. The room was very comfortable and has an amazing view. We spent 4 nights at Eminence Ella and loved it.

The hosts, the bed was very comfy and such a nice breakfast, free tea coffee juice and water all the time

Maybe the bathroom was a bit simple compared to the rest of the accomodation.

The whole stay was fantastic. Nestled up a steep hill, our driver was nervous about going up. However the guys as Eminence came and fetched us. We had a welcome drink and was given good advice where to go, where to eat etc. We were made really welcome and the view just capped it all off. This was by far one of the best choices we made and don't even get me started on the breakfast.

A superb location, individual vibe, made to feel very welcome and at home, with nothing being too much trouble...what was left not to like

Beautiful view and friendly staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the staff organising tuk tuks for us. It’s close enough to the main strip to walk to restaurants but still felt peaceful.

The rooms are nice and clean. The location is indeed up a steep hill which offers a great view over the mountain range and forest once you arrive. The beds are comfortable and the owner super nice and helpful. The only thing which needs to be mentioned is that the rooms are based in a bulding which is still constructed. Hence the entrance from the street is over the roof of the building.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf met adembenemend uitzicht. Wat een lieve en behulpzame familie. Heb een fantastische kookworkshop van gehad. Ligging vlak naast het centrum en helemaal in het groen. Een dikke 10!!!!

Het uitzicht is prachtig, de kamer is ruim en schoon en het personeel is zo vriendelijk! Niets was teveel gevraagd. Waren in staat om alles voor ons te doen en regelen en willen daar niets voor terug. De weg naar het hotel is wel steil, dus houd daar rekening mee maar dan heb je ook wat!
