Eminence ella

Das Hotel befindet sich nah vom Zentrum und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt in Ella ganz besonders zu machen. Kaffe und Säfte sind jederzeit gratis und sogar die Wäsche haben sie für uns gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Las vistas son impresionantes, habitación y baño amplio y limpio. Desayuno muy rico y el personal es super amable, nos ayudaron con todo, nos facilitaron dejar las maletas tras el check out para poder aprovechar el día, nos ayudaron con las rutas de trekking y estuvieron disponibles en todo momento. Recomendadisimo!

Lo único que puedo decir “malo” es que hay que subir una cuesta con bastante desnivel, pero es el menor de los males.

We absolutely adored our stay at Eminence Ella. The staff are some of the friendliest we’ve ever met - nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond in every way, from organising a free tuk tuk for us to offering free laundry and a lovely little Western breakfast each morning, all at no extra cost. The rooms are super cute and cosy, very clean and tidy, and feel more like a small hotel than a guesthouse. Ours had a charming mural on the wall and the views from the property were absolutely exceptional. The bathroom had hot water and soap provided, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. It’s up a steep hill, but tuk tuks and drivers can easily bring you right to the door. A nice bonus - you can use the neighbouring hotel’s pool for a small fee, and they serve great cocktails too. For the price, this place is excellent value. We really loved it here and would happily come back.

This property is absolutely amazing! There is a steep climb to get to it, but it is worth it for the view! The property staff are very friendly and helpful - to helping you book bus tickets, to dropping you to the bus or train station etc. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very yum and filling. Could not recommend a stay here more.

it was very clean, provided towels and complimentary breakfast and drinks. Also helped us get to the railway station via tuk tuk and gave us lots of good recommendations, i recommend this property to everyone!

The view from the rooms is gorgeous! Aku and the staff were so helpful organising taxis, tuktuks, tea, breakfast and laundry. Very close to Ella town but felt like we were secluded in the mountain.

As mentioned in other reviews, it is quite a steep incline up to the accomodation. It is about five minutes. It is very doable but a bit tricky with suitcases. Just something to be aware of if you have bad knees.

Great room with a stunning view! The staff were fantastic and really helpful. Breakfast was amazing and you can have get tea/ coffee throughout the day. The location is just off the high street into town so it’s easy to go for food. A wonderful stay here, thank you very much!

Just be aware that to get the incredible mountain views, the hotel is up a rather steep incline.
