Eminence ella

The staff were super friendly, helped us with the scooter rental and the yala safari tour. Location was super! Few minutes away from the main street with restaurants and right in the middle of the most beautiful panorama. I would come here again and again

Its a little uphill but this is the case of all hotels in Ella… for the view make the effort! But if u rent a scooter that would be no problem at all

The room had to be accessed by a very steep hill that even a tuk couldn’t reach. The rooms had no fridge or water or even glasses. At 5.30 pm the noise was whaling incessantly from the temple for an hour and a half. I asked the owner does this happen in the morning and he said no. He lied to me and the next morning it went for an hour. I moved to a different location in Ella and it was great

Great place to stay in Ella. Rooms are basic and a little bit tired. The kindness and hospitality from Aku and, of course, the lovely view outshine any negatives.

The views from our terrace were amazing. All staff were really helpful and would bring drinks to our terrace as and when we ordered them. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom.

Nothing really! The hotel is at the top of quite a steep hill, which might be something to consider if you have mobiiity issues, but the plus side of that is the great views.

Hosts were great and couldn't do more to help. WiFi and Aircon were good. Nice to get a hot shower in a big bathroom. Comfy bed. Amazing view of waterfalls and mountains.

The sign is obvious at the property and only a short walk from the station or restaurants and bars but tricky to see the stairs down to the rooms.

I would give 11/10 if I could! Aku was the best host we've ever had. Extremely helpful with anything we needed, lots of advices, organizing transport etc. And still with respecting our privacy, we felt very comfortable. Place has awesome view, very close to the main road and completely isolated and quiet at the same time. And having coffee&tea in the morning with stunning view! Awesome!

Some people mentioned steep hill, but it's good for the heart, just few minutes walk:) for me it definitely wasn't a disadvantage:)

AKI is the BEST Host we could have, he managed everything for us as carefully as possible. UDERA is the BEST Tour Guide and a GREAT Photographer. He really did more than 100% to satiesfy our needs. We spent a day together and soulth the most scenic places in Ella. He showed us more than we expected! We got also breakfast surprisingly free of charge, which was not only delicious but home made, traditional and they took care of our food allergies. The view was amazing with the Waterfall and the train just like the nature and green environment everywhere and the city center is only some minutes to walk / tuktuk. We had a phantastic time❣️Highly recommended❣️ Thank you for everything Guys, you are amazing❣️
