Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort. Child Policy: Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding. Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival. Children of age 12 or more are considered adults. "The Thicket" dining location will be closed for guests until 20th December 2023, due to construction of the new swimming pool at the property. We apologies for the inconvenience caused.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the middle of jungle as described

Over rated, not value for money. We are still haven’t received any answer regarding our query of half board $47 AUD from booking.com I will make a formal complaint when we get home.

Spacious and comfortable lodge, well located for our safari trip in Yala National Park. Attentive and helpful staff who provided an excellent service.

Although the a la carte menu for dinner was good, we weren’t too keen on the setting. The bright lighting attracted too many bugs whilst dining outside. The sister hotel has a better setting with nicer ambience, but then the buffet dinner isn’t as good.

It was very comfortable

The foils was poor. Also I had to pay £650.00 for 2 nights! This is absurd! The electricity failed and u was moved to another room. I had to wait in the room while workman worked but did not repair the electricity ,
