Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort. Child Policy: Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding. Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival. Children of age 12 or more are considered adults. "The Thicket" dining location will be closed for guests until 20th December 2023, due to construction of the new swimming pool at the property. We apologies for the inconvenience caused.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
