I have been to ooty somany times before but this time makes a special place in our heart❤️.Such an amazing place to stay. The beautiful view from the frontage is just awesome.Room is very spacious and have all the facilities mentioned at the time of booking.Room and toilet is so well maintained and neat especially bathroom is fully sanitised before guest arrival.The behaviour from the staffs are so kind and helpful. The main thing is there is no need for outside searching for food,the restaurant on hotel itself is soo tasty and quality of the food is upto the mark.If you are looking for a perfect place to visit with your family and friends within your budget just go for it.Thankyou for the amazing experience ❤️

"Worst propery. Fire ( Ashwini). Not at all worth it. She is changing the property reputation."

Nothing to tell about the property. Simply waste

It’s a government property, but the staff are private. They never care about anything. Ashwini ( staff) she doesn’t know how to treat the guest. She thinks like she is the owner of the property. Just like that coming to work and going. They don’t even have time to refill the water, etc.
