Free breakfast was supposed to be available but not served free breakfast.The toilet was away from bed room which causes difficulty at night, the stairs to go to toilet was dangerous.

Toilet to be adjacent to bedroom and at same level

Location and the garden view.

Charged additional cost for kids, saying they are considered as adults even though I’ve mentioned their age clearly while booking . Went for a review through booking.com and refunded back. Stained blankets provided and the management to action immediately to resolve this.
