KSTDC Hotel Mayura Sudarshan ,Ooty

Everything was fabulous

I have booked the room thinking that it is hotel mayura sudarsan...but unfortunately they have alloted the room in the dome house in Mayura heritage dome house... There is no house keeping...and severe. Cold in the done house...there is no heaters... wind is entering the dome house..as such the cold is more than the outside temperature....No house keeping No cleaning... No proper restaurant as such no proper food in Lunch and dinner...

Only the breakfast is good and nothing

The location of the property is excellent.

Some rooms are old, blankets and pillows are not that clean. for that price room can be better.

Food was pathetic. First day dinner was really bad. Next day, Aaloo paratha had soil particles.very disappointing in terms of taste.

View in front of rooms was really nice and well maintained garden.

Water heater kettle was provided was useful Hot water fecility was good Privacy without disturbance was fine Overall experience is fantastic

Tissue paper was not available in the room, generally people use towel and bed sheets as tissue paper. But we have not done that, we purchased, because hygiene is our top priority.even we kept the shoes out side. One glass jar of water is not sufficient for two persons in each room.it is not updated Unless we ask. As we pure vegetarians restaurant usage was less. Pl provide veg ang non veg kitchen in different locations.
