Liberatos Village

Beautiful complex, loved the pool, especially the sunloungers, they are so comfortable. Great view of the sunset. Rooms were comfortable.

Reception was very disappointing, the guy was extremely rude. All other staff lovely. Not enough sunloungers for the amount of people staying at the property. Property we were in was far from pool and reception. Was up a very steep windy road, difficult when so hot.

The apartment was perfect, well equipped and clean. Great views Friendly staff. The pool are was lovely, very relaxing.

Loved everything but then we have been staying here on all of our visits over the past 20-years. A lot of time & money has been invested in the rooms & apartments, along with the pool & bar area over the past 12-months. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times, and that includes the back room team that keep the rooms clean and tidy, along with the outside areas.

Would like to see a few more sun umbrellas around the pool for those of us that can’t lie in the full sun.

The pool is amazing. The views are amazing. The majority of staff are young sweet and eager to please but the Manager, is not a people person and his manner is abrupt verging on rude. There is no eye contact from him and no smile. The website said even today that there is a mini market on site and there is not! (misleading/false advertising) People have to lug water and drinks/provisions up a steep hill from an overpriced supermarket. The prices at the bar are ridiculous. 8 Euros for a beer when most places in Lassi charge 3.50 to 4.00 euros. The cocktails are 11 Euros instead of happy hour at Aqua for 4 euros. The food is expensive and nobody is there to serve it so it sits on the counter getting cold. The chef tries his best but there is no waiting staff. The Manager may not want people to eat in their rooms as it looked as though it had been emptied out when we arrived. Just a bed in the room. No kitchenette, just a fridge! No cutlery/no plates/glasses/no bowls/no tea towel/no pegs/you cannot prepare food there! Everyone goes up the hill next door to the much more reasonably priced Panorama for food and drinks. The manager could have done a happy hour for the football but only 4 of us watched the Euro game nursing 1 drink because they are stupidly expensive. It is basically a nice room and a great pool. Pillows too big and hard but mattress excellent. I won't rush back. Good aircon and Wifi.

I booked this trip to catch up with my friends The accommodation is well below Standard for the cost of the trip. The apartment was clean however the cooking facilities/cooker was out of the dark ages and possibly dangerous if you had small children. The kettle was a old fashioned one that you put on the hob. Had to ask for electric kettle Shower curtain rather than a screen Patio doors wouldn't open properly The bar was ridiculously expensive for a beer Not inkeeping with any other venues in the village. Generally disappointed considering the cost

Nice accommodation and a great pool.
