The hill - but that’s because we are old

Stayed in July after a problem.with our original booked hotel. Overall really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. Pros Super comfy sunbeds and always some available. Pool was lovely and very clean View from room was fabulous Room while basic was large and clean Most staff were lovely and very helpful. Cons Bar prices every expensive While we didn't sample the breakfast. It looked very expensive at 15 euros for what was on offer. Hotel just 2 minutes walk away were charging 8 euro for a full delicious breakfast. The hill. Wow!! that was some hill. The biggest issue we found was the extremely rude member of staff who we were told was the manager. You won't get the the friendly Greek welcome and hospitality that we found from the rest of the staff and in the resort from this person.

Not THE most amazing place, it has lots of little flaws but overall we loved our stay and the friendly staff. Bar prices need to come down and breakfast need to be better. Would definitely recommend though and would absolutely go back there. Thank you Liberatos 😃

Very helpful staff

Location too steep

The staff are nice and the view is amazing. However, when we booked, we booked a self catering room and there was nothing in the room to make any meals with. We had a kettle and a fridge and that's it. The room wasn't cleaned once and the bin for the toilet was only emptied on the third day we were here. Seeing as we have to put our toilet tissue in these bins I do not think this is good enough. The pool is nice but the blue paint stained my swimming shorts. I told reception about this but they did not seem interested. The Aircon in our room didn't work so we were upgraded which was nice with the added extra of breakfast every morning. The breakfast is shocking. Cold potatoes, runny scrambled eggs and warm beans. Just had toast every morning. I would recommend walking down the hill but as everyone else has said, this is a steep hill and will cost you 8 euros each way. Bar area is nice though and the bar staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm sure there are better places out there.

We have just got back this morning from a week's stay here. We booked 2 rooms, on arrival we were shown to our rooms by a lovely lady who was very helpful. We were given a hairdryer to use for free. Towels are available for the pool area, which is beautiful. Lovely comfy loungers but good luck getting one as they're claimed quickly by people placing their towels on them, even though they're not using them for hours 😏 the bar isn't cheap, nor is the food really so we were walking down the hill every day to get breakfast, which was fine but getting back up it in the heat was hard. A taxi costs around €8 so we had no other choice really but to pay it. A taxi from argostoli back up to the hotel cost us €10. The staff were all friendly and polite. The rooms were basic but clean and our sheets were changed daily. The views are lovely, it's a very pretty hotel, the only thing that let's it down really is the location as its on a steep hill. But I would recommend it and stay again. We had a lovely holiday sad to have left

Lisberatos Village is very nice and the staff.....reception...bar...gardener....we're lovely. Very helpful and pleasant at all times. We had a self catering apartment and thr air conditioning can be left on all the time . They have towels for the pool you can collect at reception every day and our room was cleaned and beds changed during the week. The sunbeds are bliss and comfy...but you need to be up early to save one when the place is full. The hill that leads from lassi up to lisberatos is steep and we walked it a few times...only at night!!!...it took us 7 minutes going at a normal pace. Those that have trouble walking you wouldn't get up there....but taxis are 7 euros from main strip up. We have had a lovely time here and would certainly come again.

We stayed in a studio, I was a bit concerned as reviews said it was very basic but it was ok. It had a Fridge and small freezer, air con good, clean and a stunning view and a huge balcony. You need to take a hairdryer, some utensils and plastic plates maybe a plastic wine glass as just two mugs and a kettle! It’s not self catering in the studio, just room only. Walk down the hill is ok to the main strip and beautiful beaches are around 20-25 minutes by foot. It is hard to walk back up in the heat but taxi’s are easy to get and 7euro. The pool and sun lounges were great but the pool area needs a few more umbrellas towards the back and perhaps ask people not to leave the hotel towels all day (towels are provided but a lot of people just leave them on the beds). I think Liberatos are missing a trick; reduce drink prices, we only had some once and it was 7 euro for a beer in a plastic cup which isn’t great. Perhaps do happy hours, advertise food more, have an info pack in the room for taxi, places to visit, pool times etc etc. Lassi is an amazing place so many lovely restaurants and easy to get to Agostoli. We went with TUI, very straightforward.
