Main Road and in heart of Sandra, shops near by, no noise of traffic, room size is perfect and 2 people can fit in easily.

Paint is peeling, ac not working at full power despite being set on 18 deg.

My experience with OSI Apartments operated by OSI India Private Limited has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The property advertises several facilities on its website, but the reality was completely different. During my stay, multiple basic facilities were either missing or not functioning properly, including: Air conditioner not working No geyser for hot water No exhaust fan Washing machine not functioning Despite repeatedly informing the management about these issues, no proper repair or alternative arrangement was provided. Instead of resolving the problems, the management asked me to vacate the room after two days without providing any alternative accommodation, even though they were aware that I am currently under medical treatment and suffering from severe pain. This behaviour is highly irresponsible and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The actions of the management have caused financial loss, inconvenience, and severe mental harassment. Due to this unacceptable conduct, I have already filed a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. 8880503) and am pursuing further legal action for refund and compensation. I strongly advise travelers to be extremely cautious before booking this property, as the facilities promised may not be provided and the response from management was highly unprofessional.

Minku the cleaner was very good, always available

Ground floor, so was much affected by the noisy building work going on immediately outside. Shoddy kitchen, microwave on the tilt and difficult to use. Water filter appeared to be out of service.

Ils nous ont attribué une chambre pourrie puis après contestation car on avait payé pour un appartement, ils nous ont donné le vrai appartement mais cette fois-ci il fallait payer 💰 encore une somme forfaitaire ☹️

Ils nous logent dans un endroit que nous n’avons pas choisi.avec des câbles électriques qui pendent de partout et la chambre sale nauséabond. Nous n’avons pas osé entrer ; raison pour laquelle ils étaient obligés de nous donner un appartement comme choisi et payé sur le site mais avec un bonus à leur faveur ☹️

Il nostro appartamento purtroppo era posizionato al piano terra con poca privacy e sede di ristrutturazione.
