Both were excellent. We so enjoyed the pleasant conversation at breakfast and all interactions during our brief stay.

Nada, la habitación era extremadamente pequeña y cara. Apenas se podía entrar, las maletas tuvimos que dejarlas en el baño. Además no nos devolvieron el dinero que pagamos de más. Nos cobraron 2 veces por el mismo día. No volvería jamás.

Nada me gustó. Parecía una ratonera, demasiado pequeña e incomoda la habitación. No tuvieron voluntad de resolver el doble cobro.

The location was great; I truly enjoyed my stay. will surely be back next time.

Quiet and very clean.

Needed a desk with space for a laptop

The host was selectively intolerant and unpredictable- I was stressed during and after my stay because of this. The trip was supposed to be special for me and my children and came at no small cost to us (we don’t have loads of expendable money). I just wish there was a sign that said happy children or children in general are not allowed.

I didn't have the breakfast here. The location is great. Right downtown. It's near the cruise ship wharf. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants and not have to drive. I picked this hotel because it had a lot more character than the newer hotels in the area. The other bonus was the price was very good.

The key code was a bit of an issue. Finally figured it out. When I arrived, I had received my door key code. They was no one at the front desk. They did leave a note at the front door on how to lock the room door. I guess I didn't hold the # button long enough.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and I loved the vintage touches in the rooms. The hotel had lots of character. We didn’t get the continental breakfast however which we thought was included in the price.

Location. Clean, comfortable bed, antique vibe. Reminded me of a European type rental. Front desk person was very friendly.

We left the room in excellent condition, the same condition in which we found it. We waited for days for the hold of $250 to be removed from our credit card - it didn’t happen. I called the hotel and spoke to owner who said the ‘credit card company is responsible for that”. My husband spoke with the credit card company who said the hotel must request the hold be lifted. My husband spoke with the owner of the hotel, Carmen, who was immediately combative and suggested we had no proof of the hold - we have the receipt. She then said it was rang in as a ’sale’ which meant it wasn’t a hold - this is ridiculous. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company to have the funds returned to us.
