"Lovely stay in central Thirsk."

Only stayed for one night but loved the central location, free on-site parking and the welcome from Geoffrey who was very helpful and friendly. Nice quiet room, lovely breakfast. Shops, pubs, restaurants and James Heriot museum on the doorstep! Recommended.

Bathroom had mould in every corner vast amount of thick dust clearly see behind the radiator, shower head had green crust on the holes

"If we go back to Thirsk this is where we will stay ."

The room was lovely so clean. The owner Jeff was so welcoming and friendly. The cooked breakfast my husband had was perfect. Kirkpatrick interior is so rustic with various artifacts throughout the house. This made the stay so interesting.

"Exceptional"

Clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was a great help. We were visiting All Creatures Great and Small museum, which was a couple of doors away and the centre of Thirsk was just a short walk away.
