Central City Warehouse Apartment

Loved the spacious room, an authentic look at a warehouse conversion into a comfy apartment complete with the old lifting/loading mechanism still in the roof. The shower was wonderful and the big bath was a pleasant and enjoyable surprise. The apartment is easy to get, just around the corner from 2 tram stops, and just one lane down from amazing restaurants.

Was a little sad that the spa bath jets didn't work. The link provided for the apartment locking system is no longer valid - but was pretty easy to figure out.

Spacious, tasteful, unique, and so much room for activities. Big kitchen, and very cool bathroom. Management was very responsive and helpful

We liked everything about the property including the location.

The only thing that could be improved is an instruction to say go to the very top of the stairs. Also for some reason booking.com cancelled the booking after we had stayed and refunded the money. I have tried to contact the owner so that i can transfer directly but have not had a response. Booking.com advised that they would send an email to the owner to contact me directly but did not copy me in as requested.

This place is such a rare find. Rich in personality and history as well as being absolutely huge for accommodation that's so central. We would definitely stay here again.

Be warned there are many stairs!

Huge eclectic apartment in an amazing central location.

When we arrived at the apartment, we had not received a code to enter the unit itself, but were confident we could use the 2 backup keys mentioned in the listing and emails we had been receiving up until that point. However, when we checked, the lockbox we were told would have a backup key was wide open and empty, and the staff at the restaurant that was supposed to have another spare key had no clue what we were talking about when we asked for it. We tried to call and message the owner up until about 4 hours after check in, in case there had been a mistake or something, but the owner didn't respond until much later so we were forced to book a hotel just to have a place to stay the night. Once the owner finally responded to us, she did say she would give us a refund, but I haven't seen that money yet, and she has been responding to us less and less.
