Great hosts who we had several good laughs with. Clean tidy rooms with breakfast provided (including freshly baked bread)

The bed for our 4th person was a pull out bed in the living area

Lovely stay at Colin and Amanda's place. We were only here one night, but slept great and had everything we needed. Very comfortable sofa, mini fridge, smart tv. Great hosts that are super responsive and were willing to chat, but not intrusive.

It was neat, clean and our hosts were very nice people. The freshly baked bread first thing in the morning was spectacular. plenty to choose from at breakfast.

Yesterdays pictures of the accommodation parking area present a risk of cramped or lack of parking. This situation promises problems with other guests. Todays info regarding the faulty keybox & faulty spare key plus faulty TV as well is unacceptable. We are pensioner women in our 70's & shouldnt have to handle problems like these. We can only ask - what else will be faulty. Please refund my payment as we prefered to stay somewhere else. Awesome hosts and a lovely unit which met all our needs and a great location for our event. Freshly Baked bread was a lovely added bonus.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great location, very quiet, the owners were fantastic telling us good places to visit and baking us a loaf of bread for breakfast. Highest recommendation for anyone staying in Rotorua.
