This place is outstanding, checkin was easy, Instruction were cleared to follow. The house owners are very friendly and made us feeling welcome. The home make bread was divine, we really enjoy our stay. will definitely recommend and come back again.

"Quaint and cozy"

It was close to everything around Rotorua. Never more than 10 mins drive. If you wanted to stay in, there was a Smart TV to log onto Netflix. The owners were lovely, checking in with our needs, even provided us with freshly made bread they bake themselves.

Nothing — only suggestion to have maybe a lamp in either living room or bedrooms, but was not a big deal.

We love everything about this home. The check-in was smooth. The owner is easily-contactable although we did not get a chance to meet him in person as we were always in a rush. We had homemade, warm bread and butter for our breakfast, which tasted great! We had a wonderful time there and will definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to Rotorua.
