Modest comfortable relaxed home away from home

The hosts were everything you could ask for in hosts. The fresh baked bread on day 1 was just outstanding....I just had to cook bacon to go with it.

Very minor thing. Previous visitors had set Netflix to Polish language. We reconfigured it back to English.

The warm bread was very tasty

Honestly, it felt like home away from home. Amanda and Colin were sooo friendly and welcoming. We felt so relaxed and welcomed and the accommodation was absolutely perfect!

The only complaint I have is that I put on about 2kgs because I couldn't stop eating the delicious freshly baked bread that Colin and Amanda made for us. It was amaaaaazing!

Complimentary loaf of fresh, hot bread, plus butter, for breakfast was so lovely. Other choices for breakfast supplied to use if we'd wished. The friendliness of the hosts was very pleasing. Excellent, helpful communication from the day we booked. Unit very comfortable and tastefully decorated. A pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

Double bed was a wee bit close to the wall on the left side, where there is also a wall heater and the door handles on the wardrobe to lessen the distance. A minor inconvenience and certainly not one that will stop us going back there in the future.

Good breakfast - tasty fresh bread provided. Hosts friendly and helpful. Liked that there were nightlights (but no bedside lighting). Had to drive to restaurant as not walkable and very limited cooking facilities (which hosts did make clear to us after we had booked) but nice quiet area so OK if you don’t mind driving in the evening.

Location may not suit everyone.

Large apartments, few bed rooms, big sitting room with nice table and kitchenet. Ask for bred before arriving and will have nice breakfast. need a car for travelling around.

Far from city center, small sink in bathroom, cant adjust heating by ourselves - need to arrange with the host.

Cleanliness

Rooms were too cold , heat pump was remotely controlled by owner i had to inform them 3 times but still they turned off again amd again, from 12am To 8am no heat pump were on .. i tried contacting them But they switch off their phone.. my little one is only 2 months old and he was cold whole night .. couldnt sleep whole well and was unwell next morning, sneezing and coughing.. definitely wont recommend This place to anyone. I wish i can get refund what i have paid for this apartment. No proper Communication when we need something.. whole family suffered because of cold whole night..
