比較的設備が新しく庭も広く環境が良かったです。

予めチェックイン時間を伝えていて現地に到着するが応答が無く、メールで再度連絡すると30分後に「貴方の予約は翌日です」と回答が有りました。ホビット村観光の予約が有ったので早めにチェックインしてからホビット村へ行く為にわざわざ現地に行ったのでガソリン代と時間を無駄になりました。 その後、宿の方が間違えを認めたので宿泊は出来ましたがとても対応が悪く、又キッチン用品付きとなっていたので予約しましたが小さな鍋が１つだけでフライパンも無く朝食にベーコンエッグを食べる為に食材を購入していましたがフライパンがないので調理出来ませんでした。 最悪の宿だと思います。 東洋人を見下した感じの宿でした。

This is our home away from home, and we always love staying here due to the perfect location for our event, which is literally across the road.

A beautiful property in a gorgeous location - perfect for our day trips out to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Waitomo caves etc. loved everything about the property - the little touches always make a big difference too!

The breakfast was perfect for our requirements. When eating out at cafe's, etc it is very hard to get a light continental type breakfast so suited us perfectly and there was plenty of variety and the quantity was generous too.

The check-in was seamless and the instructions were brilliant I really appreciated the radiator being put on in advance of my arrival The bathroom was lovely and the shower was phenomenal Breakfast was delicious!

The room could really benefit from a bedside lamp or two

Great facility, bed was very comfortable, spa provided with spa towels. Yummy breakfast available with lots of food and drink options. No AC but ceiling fan was nice. Hairdryer and bathroom essentials were provided. Awesome view out of the window in the morning, beautiful garden. Host was very accommodating for us to get ready early as we were heading off to a wedding.

The only thing missing was shampoo, however as long as people know this is not provided, it is easy enough to bring - I will know for next time!
