Sink gurgled during the night when another room flushed their loo. No marmalade at breakfast.

Sicuramente un punto di forza è la vicinanza al centro storico di LLandudno e nello stesso tempo facile da raggiungere in auto. L'hotel fornisce la possibilità di parcheggiare dentro la struttura (bisogna però prenotare) gratis. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile e offre tutte le info necessarie per rendere il soggiorno confortevole. La stanza è comoda per un breve soggiorno e ha tutte ciò che serve per un breve periodo. Nella vicinanze ci sono ristoranti e pub. Il posto è tranquillo e seppure sulla strada non si sentono rumori.

Non è presente ascensore e c'è una rampa di scale per raggiungere le camere che può risultare scomodo se si hanno bagagli pesanti. Il problema maggiore è legata all'assenza di scuri o tapparelle, c'è solo una tenda che la mattina lascia filtrare la luce illuminando la stanza. Il bagno è un po' piccolo e come spesso capita cieco seppure sia fornito di tutto il necessario

Good location which is closed to Pier and Tramway Station. Good breakfast is included in the room cost. Private parking is also provided.

The mattress is too soft.

The bed wasn't the best,a little hard for me. No fruits at breakfast.

Free onsite parking - a welcome bonus! Good breakfast - good quality ingredients and well cooked. Clean and fairly modern bedroom.

Firm and thin mattress - I didn't sleep well at all! Restaurant and bar not open as advertised - The host didn't offer an explanation as to why just said no when I asked. Breakfast is only served 08:15 - 09:00 - 45 minutes seemed a little rushed to eat and enjoy our food. Lack of fan in the room as advertised which wasn't ideal in hot weather. Ensuite was very dated as was the landing area which was dimly lit and tired. Lack of information regarding hotel facilities and surrounding areas. Host was not welcoming, attentive, helpful or informative as reviews suggest...not sure if we caught them on an off day? I only saw the host once to check in and then once in the morning where I was completely blanked as they were smoking and talking to a regular guest.

The hotel is in a quiet area but close to all restaurants, bars, shops. Parking available which is big plus. Hosts were friendly and helpful. breakfasts were excellent.

There is nothing I would change about the product offered.
