Kein Fenster mit Insektengitter. Fürchterliche Gerüche in allen Bereichen. Vermieter könnte einen vor Großbaustelle am Weg vom Bahnhof warnen bzw. wunderschönen Lendradseg empfehlen. Keine gute Beleuchtung zum Rasieren. Hautunfreundliches Bettzeug. Es sollten Mindeststandards in allen Privatherbergen verpflichtend und durchsetzbar gemacht werden!

Ruhige Lage im Univiertel, nette Wohnung mir voll ausgestatteter Küche, gute Matratze, parken vorm Haus, kurzer Fußweg zu den zahlreichen Lokalen in der Universitätsstraße, sehr guter und fairer Preis!

Kein WLAN verfügbar, Bad und Dusche mit wenig Platz, nur sehr wenige Steckdosen, zum Arbeiten eher unbequeme Stühle.

Wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre, jest wszystko co potrzebne i dużo miejsca.

Na ciepłą wodę trzeba długo czekać aż zleci. Szczególnie w kuchni przydałby się przepływowy ogrzewacz wody aby można korzystać z ciepłej wody od razu.
