Warning, cheater!! the offer states that the apartment has 4 single beds for 4 people. I booked an apartment for 4 adult men, upon arrival it turned out that the apartment had 3 beds: 2 single beds and one larger bed, neither single nor double. The inn makes money on fraud, I had to buy another room for one person for 50 euros!! I have already filed a complaint with booking!! The description in the offer is not true!! Clean and good flat. Kitchen utensils are enough. There is two big market very near.

Be carefull about check in times. I send him a message from the train around 19:15. I said i will be there around 1 hour later. He didn't answer the message. I arrived the property at 20:15. The building is belongs to him. There is no sign which bell you will ring. I rang the lowest one. Bingo a lady came out very frustrated and said you will ring the bell that Moses written on it. I ring the bell around 7-8 minutes. Nobody came. Then another resident came with his car. I asked him to call Paul. He called him said somebody is waing. 1 minutes later he came from upstairs and take me in.

Nice and comfortable place. It was quiet. Paul was a cool fella. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a supermarket nearby.

A bit out of the city center. You need a 10 minute bus trip to get there. It is near the university and the lake though.

The equipment was pretty basic, no internet, cleanliness... It is better suited for singles, pairs or young travellers. For families with small kids it is not really ideal.

We had a nice stay over, being a part of our road trip. The apartment was clean and equipped with all basic appliances you may need for a short stay. Peter's attention and useful guidelines about how to get around Klagenfurt, also helped us a lot.

A microwave in the kitchen would be a nice to have, but we managed well without it.

It is a perfect place to stay for a few days. The location is great, all the facilities are perfect.

RUDE & UNDFRIENDLY OWNER The Owner or the person who hand´s over the premises keys was very rude and unfriendly, I called him over the phone inquiring about when I can pick my rooms key etc….He yelled at me saying am at work and I don’t have time for you now. He went ahead with unpleasant Tone like, I have to work now do you understand ? I responded, to him calmly that its the part of the customer Service to get the information about my booked apartment room. He was really impatient and he hanged off the phone. In between I tried like calling him, calls goes 6 times unanswered had to wait until 20:00 hr. at this point I was very frustrated and when I arrived at the premises, he didn’t greets nor apologies for his unfriendly utterance but he stared at me as I walked towards him. I made my room payments and as if it was not enough, the guy gave me a chilly, cold, hostile, und inhospitable welcome. He said to me harshly, tommorrow early in the morning hang the key over the receptions section and immediately LEAVE Leave …and Don’t try to call me I will be at work.He seemed so pissed off. In German: Morgen früh, häng den Schluss hier an der Reception und EINFACH GEH GEH…(mit eine hart Ton) Er zeigte mir mit seiner Hand die Haupteingang Tor und er schneint so sauer zu sein. zu letztendlich, betont er, ruf mich nicht morgen an,weil ich auf der Arbeit bin. I felt astonished, offended and disturbed. As I woman I decided to spare further talks and choosed to have my peace of mind because the place looked deserted. If you can, try to avoid this place at all cost especially the People of Color because to me I guess there was no Langauge Barrier.I do speak German !

Good location.

No kitchen access despite there being a kitchen in the photos, the room had a direct view of a memorial cemetery.
