Everything about this accomodation is perfect and the view from the room is breath taking, highly reccomended if looking for a place near Nuwara Eliya (20 mins by tuktuk). The staff are super nice, the place is very clean and the food is also delicious, The pool is heated and.the pool table is a nice addition also.

Fantastic property with outstanding service & staff, great facilities & very pleasant outlook. Our family utilised everything that was on offer, the restaurant, pool, sauna & games room. What a great place!

Sehr schöne Lage etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Genau richtig um etwas abzuschalten. Sehr schönes grosses Zimmer. Super sauber. Mega Personal. Jeden Cent wert.

Everything! From the very first step when we arrived, even before we entered the hotel, until the last moment when we left by car and the manager kindly gave us a bottle of water for the road. Hilldale is a high-quality hospitality experience filled with genuine warmth and attention. The comfortable, spacious rooms offered the best view we had during our trip through Sri Lanka. The sauna is a wonderfully relaxing place, and we absolutely loved the infinity swimming pool. Every morning the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and healthy. We enjoyed the food, and we truly loved the cocktails! Hilldale Retreat gave us a true retreat feeling — we left feeling more relaxed than when we arrived. Thank you so much, dear team. You truly gave us the ultimate holiday feeling.

The views across the valley, it was peaceful and quiet and all the staff were incredibly helpful in organising trips and transport. The food was excellent! The swimming pool was very clean, warm and a big bonus.

Alles. Wir wurden vom Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt, das Team kümmert sich rund um die Uhr um die Gäste. Das Hotel hat 6 Zimmer und liegt 20 Minuten vor Nurelia Elyia. Ein Ort der Stille mit schönen Zimmern mit Balkon und Blick auf die Gemüse- und Teeplantagen. Große Liebe zum Detail, Pool, angenehme Sauna. Nicht zu vergessen ist die feine Küche, wir haben jeden Tag zu Abend gegessen.

Wir waren leider nur 3 Tage da!

Absolutely fantastic location with beautiful views. Slightly far away from the main town but easily accessible. Breathtaking views and facilities at the hotel, specifically the suana and the pool were amazing. Staff were too kind and accommodated our requests.
