Hilldale Retreat

Das Hotel ist sehr schön in mitten von Tee- und Gemüseplantsgen gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht! Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, ebenfalls mit dem tollen Ausblick. Das Frühstück wurde mit Liebe zurbeteitet. Das Hotelpersonal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

This is a small boutique hotel of the highest quality. It is spotlessly clean, fromthe rooms to the gardens and swimming pool. The Staff are fantastic - and the service the provided was perfect. The rooms are large and very comfitable. You get stunning views down the valley... Really a great hotel !!

Nothing

The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a fantastic view over the surroundings. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool, both of which were in excellent condition. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious, and we also loved that you could play billiards and table football. The location is peaceful and beautiful – you are surrounded by vineyards, and although it takes a little while to get into town, the bus stops right in front of the property, making it very convenient. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Honestly, nothing. It just takes a little longer to reach the town, but the good bus connection makes up for it.

Everything was perfect. The staff, location, food, facilities, everything was perfect the way it was. They upgraded us to a better room when it was available free of charge which had a very good view.

Nothing. Just that they can keep 2 water bottles instead of 1 in the room per day.

Only 6 rooms guarantees high privacy. Great food and wonderfull staff. Sauna and Pool were amazing.

Le personnel était incroyable, souriant, serviable. On se sentait comme à la maison, en mieux. Le billard qui se trouve au premier étage apporte une réelle plus-value. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est confortable et très grand.

Super tolles Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit, das Essen sowie das riesige bequeme Bett. Der Außenpool ist beheizt und das Hotel verfügt über eine kleine Sauna, die man nach Buchung privat für 30 Minuten nutzen kann. Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war toll. Die Dusche war eine der besten auf unserer Reise.

Красивый, комфортный отель. Персонал всячески старается угодить. Очень близко к двум популярным чайным фабрикам. Везде чисто и аккуратно. Подогреваемый бассейн. Завтраки вкусные. Поблизости нет инфраструктуры, поэтому брала ещё и ужины - все было очень вкусно. Ночью в номере тепло. В основном отель используют как остановку на одну ночь, но я жила 3 ночи и использовала как базу для поездок по округе. Ни капли не пожалела о таком решении. Интернет хороший, но с нюансом - выдаётся код на 2 устройства.

Le lit est immense, presque trois mètres de large. La piscine est chauffée, le personnel est irréprochable et les chambres sont d’une propreté exemplaire. Le quartier est très calme, et la nourriture est tout simplement exceptionnelle, digne des grands restaurants.

Todo, absolutamente todo, no le pondria una pega… las instalaciones espectaculares, las habitaciones limpias, no les faltaba detalle. El personal que nos atendio a pesar de llegar tarde en la noche por un retraso en el tren fue de lo mas simpatico, nos guardaron cena, nos atendieron de la mejor manera posible
