Great location in Monopoli old town with beautiful terrace. Thanks to the lovely Mrs Franca for all her kindness she was the perfect host.

Amazing host Franca waited for us at the property, She offered incredible refreshements and let us feel really at home. She showed us the roof terrace that is comunal, but we were there alone every day. Franca cleaned daily (which we did not expect) and sometimes came to tidy up in the evenings too. She brought us home made food and icecream and coffe to the beach!! Always smiling, she really made us feel like we have an italian Mama at our stay! would return any time!

Sleeping in an old house with a very small doors was a great Italian experience. The house has a central location, an amazing roof terrace with the sea view and the host is the best host I have ever met!

Wonderful warm reception (allowed us to drop our bags off earlier too), and extremely central location with the sea just a few steps away. There is a gorgeous shared terrace on the top floor too to be enjoyed on sunny days.

Being so central and on the ground floor unfortunately there is a lot of noise from the outside starting early in the morning and late into the night so it may not be ideal for light sleepers (and we were here in April so still off season!). Also while the address is easy to find, there are other holiday apartments located in the same building and there was some confusion with other hosts as to which apartment was ours, so perhaps a little sign somewhere would be helpful.

The best location! The host is extremely nice and kind, she welcomed us with home made limoncello, there were small cakes and a bottle of rose waiting for us in the room. The roofterrace is out of this world!! it belongs to the whole house, but we were always the only ones up there so it felt like a private terrace, we had takeaways and had it up there.

So close to Everything - clean , all The essentials provided. Lovely host who gave us beautiful snacks and food throughout our stay. Comfortable bed and easy checking in and check out.

Bathroom was very small and we are both tall so the entrance was a bit of an issue but it was very clean.

Very nice welcome by Seniora Franca including welcome drinks and muffins etc for breakfast. Amazing views from the roof terrace where we enjoyed provided drinks. What a unique experience! Had to switch to fan from aircon during the night as the aircon was a bit noisy. Mrs Franca mentioned the bathroom is going to be updated soon. Good value for money given you're right in the heart of Monopoli's old town. Can recommend Grotta San Vito 👍

The design is beautiful and so cozy. But the most important thing is about the person who manages the place, she is a very sweet person and her food is incredibly delicious
