Unica nota positiva il letto molto comodo

Purtroppo mancanza di pulizia nella doccia nella macchinetta del caffè nel bollitore e persino nelle stoviglie anche se usato unicamente un bicchiere e mancanza di pentole infatti mi chiedo a cosa servisse piano ad induzione e forse meglio chiarire in anticipo l'impossibilità di una colazione E molta polvere non recente !!

Monolocale pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort.

Colazione inesistente. C'era sia la macchinetta con le cialde che il bollitore ma neanche una cialda o una tisana!!!!!

Pulita e buona posizione

Stanza non riscaldata. Termosifoni spenti. Li ho dovuti accendere io appena arrivata alle 8 di sera. Ho dovuto chiedere una coperta in più perché c’era solo un trapuntino leggero. Condizionatori non utilizzabili e acqua della doccia tiepida. Ho chiesto la fattura due volte per rimborso spese di lavoro ma non ho ricevuto nulla. Senza colazione.

I was charged extra 40 euros while I left the room clean. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT (!!!) even though I asked for it more than once! I feel very disappointed and deceived.
